Cleaner / Bus Shunter

We are looking for individuals who have the right attitude and determination to make a difference and are interested in owning part of the company (qualifying period applies).

Duties & responsibilities:

Sweep/Mop/dust/disinfect/sanitise the vehicles to a high standard

Carry out interior cleaning as per daily roster, including ledges, seats, windows, dashboard, steering wheel etc.

Daily exterior cleaning to be undertaken using a portable motorised machine and pressure washer. (training provided though experience in the use of heavy machinery is preferred)

Manoeuvre vehicles safely around the yard and arrange them following a specific parking plan ready for the next day. (Standard Cat B driving license required and shunter training provided)

Adhere to all health and safety regulations including manual handling and COSHH plus have a knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies and Material Safety Data Sheets.

Experience:

•  Commercial cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

•  A full UK driving licence (6 points or less).
•  Cat. B Driving Licence (required)
